南海北部自由生活海洋线虫的群落结构和生物多样性

Community structure and biodiversity of free-living marine nematodes in the northern South China Sea

  • 摘要: 利用2010年9月在南海北部海域5个深海站位(水深313-1600m)和1个浅海站位(水深87m)采集的沉积物样品,对自由生活海洋线虫的群落结构和生物多样性及其与环境因子的关系进行了定量研究。结果表明,海洋线虫的丰度为224-1996 ind./(10 cm2)。共鉴定出海洋线虫69个属,属于26个科、3个目。SIMPER分析表明,SabatieriaLinhysteraAegialoalaimusDaptonema是最优势的属。CLUSTER聚类分析将采样区域的海洋线虫群落划分为4种类型(或站组)。在营养结构方面,非选择性沉积食性者(1B)和选择性沉积食性者(1A)是最优势的营养类型,具有最高的属数和丰度,这表明有机碎屑是南海北部海域海洋线虫的主要食物来源。雄性线虫的比例较低,为2.22-17.81%,而幼体比例为36.99-82.09%。在属水平上,香农-威纳多样性指数(H')为3.76-4.57,并且与水深具有极显著的负相关。总体上,在水深大于200m的5个站位的H'值低于浅海站位(水深87m)的H'值。BIOENV分析表明,影响海洋线虫群落结构的最重要的环境因子是水深。
