  • 摘要: 本文应用黄河口及邻近海域2004年到2013年的18个航次的大型底栖动物数据,分析了该海域大型底栖生物组成及特征,并对Shannon-Wiener Index (H')、AZTI's Marine Biotic Index(AMBI)和multivariate AMBI(M-AMBI)在该海域底栖生境质量评价中的适用性进行了比较。结果表明,研究海域共出现203种大型底栖动物,以多毛类占明显优势,其次为软体类和甲壳类动物,底栖生物生态群落等级以EGI、EGII和EGIII所代表的物种为主,分别占到群落的31.5%、36.0%和21.2%。三种指数的评价结果存在较大差异。AMBI评价的底栖生境质量等级大大优于H'和M-AMBI指数评价的等级。AMBI指数不能指示出不同站位间的差异,而H'和M-AMBI指数是可以的。三种指数均能很好地响应水体盐度和溶解氧的变化。同时,H'和M-AMBI指数也能敏感地响应水深、沉积物质地等物理特征的差异。M-AMBI指数值与各种环境压力梯度数据间的相关性是最强的。它能有效地区分受扰动和未受扰动的站位,而H'和AMBI则不能。因此,在研究海域M-AMBI指数能够很好地响应底栖生境质量的变化。但M-AMBI评价结果的客观性还需要通过更多的包括物理、化学及生物学方法的验证,其评价阈值需要继续讨论。
