  • 摘要: 首次以耳石碳氧同位素组成进行了黄、渤海五个小黄鱼群体(葫芦岛、大鱼岛、青岛、海州湾及大洋港)的种群识别研究。结果发现,不同群体小黄鱼耳石碳氧同位素组成存在显著差异,基于耳石碳氧同位素关联分析可以将黄渤海小黄鱼群体划分为渤海种群、黄海中部种群和南黄海种群,总体判别成功率为85.7%。耳石碳氧同位素关联分析是识别鱼群的一种有效方法,可以为鱼群的研究和管理提供切实的帮助。
