北极海洋沉积物细菌和古菌群落结构分析

Bacterial and archaeal community structure of pan-Arctic Ocean sediments revealed by pyrosequencing

  • 摘要: 利用焦磷酸测序技术对北极海洋沉积物的细菌和古菌群落结构特征进行了研究。从3个沉积物样品总计获得了15002个细菌和4362个古菌操作分类单元(operational taxonomic units,OTUs)。群落结构分析表明,3个沉积物样品均具有较高的细菌和古菌多样性。样品CC1和R05中变形菌门(Proteobacteria)的含量最为丰富,而样品BL03中厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)的含量最为丰富。奇古菌门(Thaumarchaeota)在样品CC1和R05中最为丰富,而样品BL03中奇古菌门和广古菌门(Euryarchaeota)的相对含量基本一样;这两个古菌门的相对含量几乎占古菌OTUs的100%。在变形菌门纲水平上,δ-和γ-变形菌纲的相对含量最为丰富,其相对含量可占样品CC1和R05细菌OTUs的60%。在97%相似性水平上,3个样品中相对含量最为丰富的10个细菌和古菌OTUs也存在着明显差异,只检测到12个细菌共有OTUs (core OTUs)。总之,本研究表明,北极海洋沉积物存在着独特的微生物群落和许多独特的OTUs。
