北黄海冷水团对獐子岛微微型浮游生物分布的影响

Influence of the northern Yellow Sea Cold Water Mass on picoplankton distribution around the Zhangzi Island, northern Yellow Sea

  • 摘要: 于2009年7月—2010年6月对北黄海獐子岛海域进行了微微型浮游生物逐月调查。流式细胞仪检测到聚球藻、微微型真核浮游生物和异养细菌三个类群。夏季(7-9月)部分调查站位发现了北黄海冷水团的存在。研究结果表明,7、8月(尤其是8月)受冷水团影响的区域,聚球藻、微微型真核浮游生物和异养细菌分布情况基本一致,丰度最大值均出现在20 m温跃层,而冷水团底部区域(30 m以深),微微型浮游生物丰度极低。聚球藻、微微型真核浮游生物和异养细菌对冷水团的响应基本一致,表明冷水团环境中它们的调控机制可能是相同或相似的。而在不受冷水团影响的区域,聚球藻、微微型真核浮游生物和异养细菌分布情况各不相同,可见它们受调控的机制并不相同。统计分析结果显示,微微型浮游生物分布可能与温度、营养盐和纤毛虫摄食等因素相关。上述结果表明,北黄海冷水团对獐子岛微微型浮游生物分布确实存在显著影响。
